We are a semi-large family with 7 people whom live here and another 2 that
are here 4-7 days each week.
My dear husband works hard to support his family and is a wonderful loving husband
and father. He had one son, Chris from a previous marriage and adopted my 4.
Then there is me, Mama. I am blessed to be my DH's help meet for only 9 years so far. I
do the cooking, much of the cleaning, and I care for most of the farm animals. I am also
currently the computer queen.
Our oldest boy is Alex. He is currently attending college, and working. He has a
wonderful girlfriend who we consider one of ours also.
Our 2nd boy is Patrick. He graduated from high school at 16 years old and will be starting
college soon. He rescued a horse not long ago and we are finding that he has a
wonderful way with them.
Our youngest boy is Andy. Andy is special in his own ways, but tries very hard to not
be difficult. He co-owns a horse with me and works with her tirelessly. Soon, she will
be ready to ride.
Our baby, is our girl, Jessica. She turned 13 this summer and is such a sweet young
lady. She is the queen of hairless dogs though, as she is owned by two of them. She
also is our resident calf mama. We got a calf from our friend Shelby, and the calf's name
(which had been given shortly after her birth) is JessiCow.
In addition to the above 7 of us, my sister and her daughter are out here at some point of
time each day. It is a blessing as we get to spend time with them before we move away.
